A second-date restaurant choice can be tough. Most people put a lot of thought into where to go and what to do on the first date, and then planning the second one becomes a challenge!
If the first date seems to be going well, ask your date, “What’s your favorite food?” No matter what the answer, say, “I know the perfect place for that!” If your date asks for more details, you can always say, “We’ll have to go there sometime.”
Then, do your homework. Find out where the best of the best is, no matter what the food: upside-down pineapple cake, fresh strawberries, eggs Benedict, or chicken liver. Find it, make a reservation, and you’re off to a great start on your second date. Your date will know that you’re a good listener!
