Get a pound of sliced bacon out of your refrigerator–you know you’ve got it stored in case of a bacon emergency. Cook up the bacon in the microwave. Then, get out the biscuit mix. Follow the directions on the biscuit mix, add some bacon and two extra ingredients: parmesan cheese + brown sugar. Bake it up and you’ve got one delicious salty-sweet-savory treat.
To make this treat crispy, add more bacon and turn up the temperature by 10 degrees. To make it more puffy, add more parmesan.
