A microwave oven is supposed to make things easier, not more complicated. But there’s only so much you can fit on that little spinning plate in the middle. And so, you sometimes have to cook one meal–or even one part of a meal–at a time, which sort of defeats the purpose of cooking things quickly.
Here’s an easy way to microwave two bowls at a time. Just use an empty (microwave-safe) mug: turn it upside down and it becomes a perfect stand for one of the bowls.
Remember, you might have to add some cooking time so you’ll have to experiment to make this hack your own.
