Pizza: Make the Leftovers Hot and Crisp

Pizza: it’s everybody’s favorite, on all sorts of occasions. Whether it’s deep-dish or gluten-free, this perennial fave is fast, fun and easy.

There is something especially satisfying about a cold deep-dish in the morning. C’mon, you know you love it! But not if the crust is gooey. When you heat up your pizza in the microwave, place a small cup of water next to it. That way, it heats up quickly and stays crisp.

Of course, you could also just enjoy it cold, like New Yorkers do.
