A DIY ice pack is cheap and easy to make, and you never know when you might need one.
It’s easy to make your own, recyclable, ice pack–and it’s so inexpensive that you can always keep a few on hand.
Take a clean sponge and fill it with water. Put it in a Ziploc bag and set that in the freezer. You’ll have an ice pack in no time. The bag holds the melting ice, so there’s no mess. When it starts to melt, just throw it back in the freezer.
Your joints will thank you for this one.
