Holiday food prep is one thing you shouldn’t have to worry about this year.
Chopping onions may make you cry, but cooking a holiday meal shouldn’t cause you to shed tears! Among the best things about holidays: spending time with family and friends, and of course enjoying great food. Among the worst: rushing and getting stressed. You can eliminate some of the holiday stress by chopping all the onions, peppers, potatoes, carrots and herbs (plus anything you can think of) ahead of time. Refrigerate them in “glad ware” (get it?) or, if you’re pressed for space, in heavy-duty Ziploc bags.
