A bacon taco shell is a little slice of heaven, with all the goodness you’ve come to expect from man’s favorite food: bacon.
Start with some slices of bacon, and weave them with the classic over-and-under moves. Cook on a cookie sheet for 15 minutes at 450 degrees. You’ve got your bacon weave. The next step is to turn a bowl upside down over the weave and cut out a (somewhat) perfect circle; this forms the basis of your taco shell.
Next, prop up a couple of chopsticks on bowls, glasses, Pyrex or whatever you have handy. Shape the bacon weave over the chopsticks and place it back in the oven for another 10 minutes. Take it out, let it cool, and get creative with your favorite taco fillings.
